Description:



Qualified candidate has 2-5 years' experience in General Ledger accounting, including closing month-end books and journal entries. QuickBooks Online knowledge, preferably in the technical trades is a big plus. Will actively participate in accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial activities, such as revenue goals, billings, collections, and subcontract processing. Provides back up customer call handling, as needed. Provides administrative, day to day support for operations.



Pay rate commensurate with experience - willing to go higher for the right person. Quick learning candidate with experience in Quick Books is highly sought.... If you were to find a candidate that wants to work part time we'd be okay interviewing them as well.
