SUMMARY Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is looking for an Organizational Design Manager to assist our federal government customer with reorganizing their organization to achieve higher levels of efficiency and responsiveness.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



7 years of organizational design experience for federal or state agencies (strategic and operational business units)



Demonstrated experience aligning organizational mission and strategy to structure and governance



Experience assessing how well organizations execute with respect to meeting its mission and delivering results



Demonstrated experience developing/tailoring tools/toolkits to facilitate identification of organizational design requirements and effective approaches to restructuring and change management



 



DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS



Experience working with cyber related and other technical organizations, a plus



Business process engineering experience, a plus



EDUCATION



Master's degree in organizational development, business administration, or related field



CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
