- Department: Physical Therapy
- Shift Timings: 08:00 17:00 (Monday to Friday, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours - Location: Must be local to Livingston County, MI (primarily serving Brighton, Howell, Pinckney, Whitmore Lake, etc.)
- Additional Details: Occasional weekend visits; no rotating shifts
- Vacation Rotation: No holidays at this time
- System Access: EPIC
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- SNF experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
- Develop, revise, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
- Perform physical therapy interventions using standard techniques suited to the patient's condition.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
- Available for some vacation shifts and one weekend per month.
