4 Corner Resources is working with an enterprise-level client to hire a Onboarding/Scheduling Coordinator in Lower Manhattan, NY. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered. This is currently a remote contract but may eventually go onsite candidates must be within driving distance to NYC, 10007.

Onboarding/Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:

• Work experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Coordinator role.

• Experience with scheduling interviews, assist with employee onboarding and orientation.

• Knowledge of HR/Recruitment policies & procedures.

• Experience utilizing ATS sytems (Workday preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Onboarding/Scheduling Coordinator Job Duties:

• Own the On-Boarding of new hires while maintaining compliance.

• Keep candidates informed during the onboarding process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure candidates are scheduled efficiently.


• Between $27.00-33.00 hourly DOE


Contract Length: 

 6 months with intent to hire.
