The Provider Enrollment Coordinator facilitates the credentialing/re-credentialing process for all practitioners and non-BHS practitioners for Client Systems.
The Credentialing Coordinator gathers and organizes practitioner information regarding specialty, education, state licensure, DEA registration, work history, practice detail, malpractice, hospital privileges, and other documentation as needed.
The Provider Enrollment Coordinator will complete and file all necessary forms, documents and contracts required by individual insurers that Client Systems participates with.
The provider Enrollment Coordinator works independently with regulatory agencies, insurers, hospitals, practitioners, and Client Systems employees so that providers are credentialed in a quick and efficient manner to ensure payment for services rendered.
Minimum of three years experience in either reimbursement, credentialing, and/or billing within a health care setting required.
High School Diploma required. Associates' Degree Preferred.
