Field Service Welder Technician #1 (full-time)

Daily Thermetrics is seeking field service technicians to join our rapidly growing field team. This position is responsible for supporting onsite installations of Daily Thermetrics thermometry products in refinery and chemical plant facilities. While on projects this person would be managed by a Daily Thermetrics Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will assign the tasks for each day to this person.

Responsibilities:

Follow instruction from Field Supervisor on thermometry installations.
Operate grinding wheels, basic hand tools, electrical wiring, rigging, and general labor.
TIG Welding thermometry product lines in furnaces, reactors, etc.
Work from heights and confined spaces.
Follow safety instructions.
Maintain field paperwork.
Understand technical drawings.
Other duties as assigned.

Active Credentials:

Driver's License.
TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
Compliant with background checks and drug tests (DISA).
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Skills to be Successful in this Position:
Basic understanding of Temperature Instrumentation
heater tubeskin thermocouples, reactor multipoint temperature sensors, general thermocouples, general thermowells, etc.
Experience TIG Welding thermometry products in furnaces and reactors.
Clear Communicator, adaptable, eager learner, great teamwork, and positive attitude
