Description

As the liaison between the market, product, and sales teams, you will be responsible for product marketing, brand building, user growth, and competitor analysis. This includes managing marketing budgets and coordinating domestic and international sales efforts. The goal is to increase awareness, recognition, usage, and recommendation of the company's products among potential users, enhancing market share, user satisfaction, and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct extensive research on international markets to understand corporate clients' needs and purchasing behaviors in different regions and develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel international marketing strategies.
  • Shape and manage brand image, enhance brand awareness, and clarify brand positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify product gaps and opportunities, providing the product team with market-based insights and guidance for product development and iteration.
  • Provide sales strategy support to the sales team through market data materials, case studies, and other resources to help them improve customer acquisition metrics accurately.
  • Explore potential external partnership opportunities and maintain stable supply and service collaborations.
  • Build and manage an overseas sales team while establishing an efficient collaborative operation mechanism with the domestic marketing team.
  • Manage the sales promotion budget, evaluate the conversion effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust sales strategies and resource allocation based on feedback.


What We’re Looking For:


  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum ten years of B2 B marketing experience, including at least five years in international B2 B markets.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in B2 B marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems and automated marketing platforms.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making ability and the ability to use analytical tools to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent English communication skills; multilingual skills are preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cross-cultural business partnerships.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, working effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
