Job Title: Analyst

Salary: $30 - &40/Hr.



As an Analyst Contractor, you will be responsible for processing customer applications and documents for new Electric Vehicle (EV) charger projects and Distributed Energy Resources (DER) projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring the reasonable and expeditious handling of interconnection service requests for the Company.



Minimum Education:



College degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (preferred)



Work Experience:



Three to five (3-5) years of relevant work experience, including project management



Experience in customer service and project coordination



Job Duties:



Process customer applications and documents for new EV charger and DER projects



Review work requests and make service determinations based on customer requirements



Follow the Customer Service Procedures (CSP) 4-0-5, CSP 4-1-2, CSP 4-0-10, and mapping systems



Utilize software applications provided by Client, including CPMS, CIS, and Visions mapping system



Exercise independent judgment to render sound business decisions



Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction



Support additional tasks as required

Miscellaneous Information:



Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm



Hybrid schedule: Three days on-site, two days remote
