Experienced Lead Enterprise Architect



10+ years professional experience



15+ years Lead Enterprise Architect experience



Experience in in an IT related field within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community or organization with a similar IT scope) (highly desirable)



Possess strong Lead Enterprise Architect



Demonstrated expert level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in scope to JSP.



Demonstrated expert level knowledge of industry standards, architectural methodologies and frameworks such as the DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF) and Enterprise Architecture Maturity Management Framework (EAMMF).



Demonstrated successes in ensuring respective business, application, data and technology perspectives are in line with the organization's technology and governance strategies, policies and standards



Demonstrated expert-level knowledge and supervision of employees from various labor categories and skills sets in efforts of similar scope.



Understanding and knowledge of long-term strategic planning in the area of Enterprise IT services/capabilities.



Should be extremely familiar with OMB and DoD portfolio management, capital planning policies and directives



Prior DOD or DISA experience critical



Certifications: DoD 8570 IAM Level II (preferred)



CCDE CISCO Certified Design Expert (highly preferred)



ISC2 CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP) (highly desirable)



Axios ITIL Master Certification (highly desirable)



BA/MA/BS/MS Degree highly desired
