Experienced Governance Lead



10+ years professional experience



5+ years Governance Lead experience



Experience working within an information governance or data governance function, preferably in an DoD organization or multilateral environment. (highly desirable)



Experience leading a data governance and/or security governance pro- gram. (highly desirable)



Possess knowledge of system development lifecycle management, business audit process, and requirements gathering



Demonstrated knowledge of business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches to data protection



Practical experience in the implementation of IT policies, controls, and procedures



Strong communication skills and proficiency in interactions with organization Senior Leadership, with people from diverse backgrounds, and effectively engaging individuals at all organizational levels



Strong project management skills and knowledge of Agile



Possess strong Governance Lead



Strong enterprise architecture experience, change management, configuration management, data services, monitoring, audit verification and life cycle management support



Prior DOD or DISA experience critical



Security IAM I (minimum) Certification



BA/MA/BS/MS Degree highly desired
