Experienced Program Manager



10+ years professional experience



5+ years Program Management experience



Experience in an IT related field within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community or organization with a similarly IT related scope (highly desirable)



Experience in IT Architecture Frameworks (DoDAF, The Open Group Architecture Framework, Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework) (highly desirable)



Possess strong Enterprise Architect Strong enterprise architecture experience, change management, configuration management, data services, monitoring, audit verification and life cycle management support



Expert-level knowledge with the DoDAF



Expert-level knowledge with architecture modeling tools-Demonstrated experience in a DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) information technology environment Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing projects



Certification: DOD, CISCO Certified Design Expert (highly preferred)



ISC2 CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP) (highly desirable) experience critical



BA/MA/BS/MS Degree highly desired
