Job Description ::



10+ years experience as SAP basis expert



Analyze and define SAP and related solution infrastructure and application architecture



Experience in analyzing EWA report/HANA Checks and implement Solution



Strong experience in SAP Performance analysis and bottleneck situation for ECC/PI etc



Strong experience in HANA DB



Strong experience in PI 7.4/7.5 and upgrade experience



Knowledge in handling High Priority Incident/MI issues and promptly delivering solution



Strong experience of SAP basis administration, implementations, design, and upgrades.



Strong knowledge in SPS patches, system refreshes and copies, Kernel upgrades etc.



Basic Knowledge on cloud essentials, compute, load balancers etc.



Experience in Microsoft Azure and basic handling preferred



Ensures SAP solution has proper monitoring in place; Supports performance analysis, memory management, and hardware capacity scaling and database analysis. Responsible for the system's overall health and stability.



Brings technical innovation and provides recommendations on SAP Technologies and related products



Can work as Lead and handle offshore/nearshore Team in Basis/Security Area



Excellent communication skill and customer handling experience
