What you’ll do:

• Work within a small but growing team of data professionals to identify problems and opportunities and drive them to conclusion.
• Design and implement software to collect and organize data from our fleet of autonomous robots for maximal utility.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Develop insights about our business in the form of reports, models, and visualizations to support Fox Robotics and our customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations to understand data requirements and develop data models that facilitate advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Architect, Engineer, or similar role, using data to inform strategy and drive day-to-day business decisions.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience in implementing data governance practices and ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Nice to have worked with robotics or an adjacent field.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including software design, code review, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with one or more business intelligence platforms or data visualization libraries/frameworks.
