We're seeking a Project Scheduling Coordinator who enjoys working with others to prepare and communicate labor schedules, monitor and follow-up on project compliance tasks, and communicate with adjusters and customers regarding the status of projects. Requirements:Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members of other departments to maintain an organized schedule of labor for jobs.
- Review project management software to monitor compliance tasks and maintain concise and informative notes.
- Keep insurance adjusters informed regarding project status and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to insurance adjusters and homeowners regarding project status.
- Identify needed action to complete project notations and provide consistent updates to homeowners.
Job Qualifications (Required Skills):
- Enjoys helping others and developing relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Available to work overtime as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- *Restoration or construction industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary based on experience, plus quarterly bonus structure.
