Job Overview:
White Aluminum & Windows is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Planning Liaison to serve as an Administrative Assistant to the Sr. Project Manager. This position is vital in supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of retail construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, manage project documentation, support inventory efforts, and ensure seamless communication between departments and customers. A professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct incoming phone calls related to ongoing projects
Coordinate and maintain all project-related paperwork and electronic records
Assist with consistent and timely communication with customers regarding project updates
Support project tracking and ensure timely completion in collaboration with the Sr. Project Manager
Aid in monthly inventory tracking and reporting processes
Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the Sr. Project Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college education or equivalent experience is
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Construction Experience is a must
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) is a plus
Excellent communication and phone etiquette; professional tone and active listening required
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to team success
Must have reliable transportation
