- 6+ years’ experience working with complex P& C commercial lines products (GL, Property, Excess Casualty, Auto, Work Comp, etc.), with an understanding of ISO, NCCI, state regulatory environments, rating and pricing, and insurance company processes around product.
- Demonstrated experience in executing processes supporting business analysis and requirements documentation. This would include strong adherence to standards and delivery of high-quality artifacts.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate product business requirements into a detailed product architecture and specifications.
- Experience in Agile methodology processes, practices, and artifacts.
- Demonstrated experience in technology and large technology implementation efforts.
- Strong ability to lead through influence.
- Demonstrated experience working in large multi-disciplinary team environments.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with commercial Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Policy Decisions).
