Shift Details:

1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday | $15 per hour

Essential Functions:
Processing & Assembly: Process single-line items according to labels (bag, box, tag, label, etc.), ensuring accurate inspection and count verification.
Handle purchased parts received in bulk, creating ready-to-ship boxes/containers in proper order quantities for future stock and customer order fulfillment.

Quality Control & Inspection: Identify and tag any component parts with visual defects, nonconformities, or questionable conditions, reporting them to the appropriate Supervisor or Quality personnel.
Document issues with assembled or finished products using a Reject Placard or Nonconformity Report and move affected items to the designated hold location.

Material & Work Order Review: Verify that kits contain the necessary sub-assemblies or parts for assigned jobs.
Review work orders and instructions to determine assembly requirements, including any special options or modifications.
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

Quality Assurance Compliance: Request a Quality Inspection for first-piece or in-process checks to confirm compliance with established quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical tasks that include sitting, bending, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds.
