Job Title: CAE Engineer

Position Summary
The CAE Engineer 3 is responsible for performing advanced engineering analyses using computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to optimize product designs and manufacturing processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure products meet performance, durability, and safety standards.
Mandatory Skills
5–7 years of hands-on experience in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis.
Strong expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model development, validation, and interpretation.
Proficiency in CAE software tools such as Abaqus and Hyper Mesh.
Experience optimizing engine components, including cylinder head ports, combustion chambers, and cooling circuits.
Solid understanding of structural analysis, material behavior, and durability assessment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional design and engineering teams.
Experience preparing detailed technical reports and presenting analysis results to stakeholders and senior management.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturing principles.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify design improvements and implement engineering changes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
