Job description for Stability Operations Assistant position:
Looking for a self-starter, motivated contractor eager to learn and help the Stability Operations team in the Scientific and Laboratory Services department of Pharmaceutical. This person would support the Stability Laboratory by receiving shipments, setting up stability studies and pulling samples from the stability chambers.
To complete daily activities of the Pleasant Prairie, WI Stability Operations Facility.
Daily activities will be accomplished by following SOPs.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
Receipt and unpacking of incoming stability studies from various study sponsors/customers.
Place product into stability chambers.
Pull stability samples from chambers as required per LIMS pull schedule.
Label stability samples and prepare for shipping to testing facilities.
Complete required shipping documents and process shipments to customers.
Report any unexpected observations of and deviations from procedures to management.
Monitor stability chamber conditions/humidity. Change temperature and humidity monitoring chart recorder paper for chamber.
Performs activities according to relevant SOPs and in line with cGMPs
Proficient with Windows Applications such as Excel, Word, SharePoint
Uses good documentation practices
Keeps a clean and organized workspace

Current assignment through end of year with possibility to extend.
