Job Description: Compliance Analyst
Work location: Must be local to Chicago (Hybrid work schedule - min 2 days/wk - but could change based on need)
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm CST
Project Overview:
Overall support for the Tier 0 application: Enterprise Sanctions Filtering (OFE). Supporting the Compliance application development team to drive superior business value, enhanced customer experience, and compliance with NT standards.
Contractor's Role:
In Risk & Compliance, the Senior Analyst is responsible for analysis, design, and development within the LexisNexis Fircosoft Suite of applications. This role requires experience in implementing LexisNexis Fircosoft solutions, strong technical skills, and is responsible for enhancing and supporting data ingest/egress integrations within Compliance applications. Must be able to partner with product owners, business systems analysts, developers, and vendors to design flexible and high-performance solutions.
Experience Level: 2
Qualifications (Must have's):
Solid technical background with at least 5 years of demonstrated track record in end-to-end software development life cycle
Track records of successful delivery of technical solutions using modern techniques
Domain expertise in AML, PEP, OFAC, and Fraud Applications
Experience in implementation, configuration, and upgrades of LexisNexis Fircosoft solutions Firco Trust, Continuity, Firco Filter, SAM, Multiplexor
Experience configuring LexisNexis Fircosoft utilities FMF, FMM, FUM
Working experience with LexisNexis Fircosoft Professional Services and Product Support Teams
Good knowledge of writing queries in SQL server and LexisNexis Fircosoft database schemas
Experience in Web Services and LexisNexis Fircosoft APIs
Solid experience with Unix scripting, low-code automation, and high-touch debugging and analysis of issues
Web application architecture exposure, at a minimum from operational support role
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Current hands-on experience with Control-M, ADO, ServiceNow, and Confluence
High degree of independence and able to work effectively with low touch directions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
Banking services experience is preferred
