Customer Service Representative (Contract)
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our team in Philadelphia. This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Contract) Location: Philadelphia, PA Pay Rate: $18$22 per hour Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
Document all customer interactions in internal systems
Process orders, account updates, and service requests
Maintain professionalism and a positive tone in all interactions
Meet quality and performance metrics
Follow company policies and procedures Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or call-center experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency and data-entry skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual candidates a plus Schedule & Work Environment:
Full-time, Monday Friday (hours may vary)
On-site in Philadelphia
Contract position with potential for extension
