Job Description:



Define automation requirements

Work with the individuals performing the process to be automated to create detailed process maps using either automated process mapping tools (Power Automate Process Advisor) or shadowing.

Document and define standard work in support of the process map.

Automate full process and steps

Be the expert in our automation technologies Power Automate, Advanced Excel, etc.

Design, develop and configure simple, medium to complex robotic process automations per business process.

Test and monitor automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error

Maintain automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

Maintain compliance with s policies, procedures and mission statement;

Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and

Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.



Detail oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Minimum of 3years of experience in software automation

Should have delivered at least 3 end to end RPA projects as developer.

Problem-solving skills

Experience with Agile development methodology.

Experience with one or many coding languages such as C#, Python, ASP.Net, PL/SQL, JavaScript, VBScript, SOAP / REST Services.

Mastery of Microsoft Power Automate and supporting tools

Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) enabling explanation of complex problems or situations

Must be able to explain technical concepts and analyses clearly and translate business objectives into actionable analyses.
