Description

This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing sections of the Form 10-K/Q and the Earnings Release. This position will also interact with business partners across the organization and is expected to work with other members of the SEC Reporting team as well as other groups to escalate and/or resolve reporting issues as they arise. Overtime will be required in October during the quarterly reporting cycle.



Required skills:

" Minimum of 2 years of reporting experience, preferably in public accounting or at a large company; reporting experience can be in SEC Reporting, management reporting or regulatory reporting

" Bachelor of Science or Masters in Accounting

" Experience preparing working papers with tickmarks

" Excellent time management skills

" Attention to detail with desire to produce superior results

" Ability to handle multiple deliverables at once while adhering to deadlines
