Job Description

The Senior Global Compliance Auditor has the primary responsibility to conduct global sales and marketing compliance audits for the US operating divisions and international affiliates.



Scope may include but not limited to compliance audits in the following broadly described areas:



FCPA



Anti-Bribery



Anti-Corruption



Commercial Contracting/Pricing.



Research Funding



No-Charge goods



HIPAA/Privacy Laws



Travel - 15% to 35% Domestic and International



Qualifications

What you will bring!



At least 3 years of experience with a major public accounting, consulting or law firm in a client-facing capacity



Broad knowledge and experience in FCPA and/or the healthcare industry



Bachelor's Degree in from a four-year college or university



15 – 35% travel to international and U.S. locations

Senior Global Compliance Auditor role: 2 roles open



No relocation, candidates must be within 50 miles of the corporate headquarters. If over 50 miles from the HQ,



my client has a "corporate policy” that they have to offer relocation. The audit leaders from Global Compliance do not want to have to offer relocation.



I need Chicagoland candidates.



It is hybrid – 3 days a week in the office.



Travel is 15 to 35% - domestic and international



The rotation for candidates in Audit is 18 to 24 months and then moving on to other roles in the company.



3 to about 5 or 6 years of experience, heavy FCPA, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, it's all in the job description
