Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a nationwide accredited Pediatric Home Health company that is in a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full time Regional Director of Operations opportunity near Delray Beach, FL. The Regional Director of Operations will serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional areas for the purpose of strategic business development, solution discovery, risk mitigation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is wholesome, but willing to drive accountability. They need to be very strong in business development and willing to travel.



Position: Regional Director of Operations



Location: Delray Beach, FL (SE Locations)



Schedule: M-F Normal Business Hours



Qualifications:



• Bachelor's Degree Required, Preferred Masters degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field



• 5+ Years of Management/Sales Experience In Healthcare (Home Health Preferred)



• Strong Interpersonal & Leadership Skills
