We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to oversee dredging and marine construction projects. With the Superintendent reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of safety and quality. This role involves managing multiple facets of project execution, including safety compliance, scheduling, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders.

*Dredging Project Manager Responsibilities *

* Conduct periodic safety audits and submit detailed reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

* Prepare and submit submittals to clients for review and approval.

* Develop and submit accurate billing statements to clients.

* Create and manage field crew schedules to align with project timelines.

* Provide hands-on management and oversight at project sites to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project plans.

* Review and approve invoices related to project expenses.

* Prepare and submit daily progress reports to clients.

* Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project or Excel to ensure timely completion.

* Organize and coordinate equipment, vendors, and materials during all phases of the project, including mobilization and demobilization

*Dredging Project Manager Position Requirements *

* Proven experience in project management, particularly in dredging, marine construction, or related industries.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and project planning.

* Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to conduct safety audits.

* Experience in submittals, billing, and invoicing processes.

* Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with field crews and stakeholders.

* Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
