The Workforce Solutions Change Management Analyst will be part of the Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisitions (WITA) organization's headcount forecasting, demand and capacity planning firm-wide implementation, contributing to change management efforts and overseeing the development and execution of change plans, tracking progress, managing communications, developing training content, and coordinating training activities required to enable successful implementation. The Workforce Solutions Change Management Analyst accomplishes results through collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of the new processes and systems. Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal and in-depth understanding of change management methodologies
Responsibilities:
" Identify impacted stakeholders and assess the level of change likely to result from the technology shifts.
" Co-develop, manage, and facilitate the Communications, Change Strategy, Plan and Training.
" Develop and maintain training content (build learner personas and create content)
" Create and implement change management strategies that maximize productivity and engagement.
" Develop and maintain the Change Management project plan and documentation.
" Partner with the Project Managers to integrate change management activities into the project plans ensuring alignment on timelines, planned releases, and operational readiness.
" Work closely and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure quality objectives, governance compliance, and responsiveness.
" Identify changes that need special attention or escalation.
" Provide information and report on change implementations, and successful and failed changes.
" Conduct post-implementation reviews on successful/failed changes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
" 5-8 years of relevant experience. This experience must include leading change management initiatives and facilitating large scale transformational, global change.
" In-depth understanding of Change Management methodologies.
Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence
