TITLE: C#/ASP.Net Engineer



Location: Jersey City, NJ

What You'll Do:



We are looking for an experienced.NET Software Engineer to work with a dynamic team in designing, building and maintaining their web based application utilized by business users. This suite of applications is specialized in commercial mortgage origination and closing, tracking loans through six stages from application-received to funding, with features supporting the securitization process for the CMBS business



Skills / Experience You Will Need:



BS/BA degree or equivalent experience



Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines



Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems



Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices



Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals



Passionate about building an innovative culture



Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders



Able to work in a high paced environment



Eager to work with multiple teams, stake holders and business



Quick learner and proactive aptitude to support a professional collaborative environment



Advanced experience working in the Microsoft technologies stack; C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET



Solid understanding of the MVC concepts, Web Services and data exchange via JSON



Experience in front end web development using asp.net, HTML5 and CSS



JavaScript, Advanced JavaScript, jQuery is a plus



Experience developing REST API Driven applications



Familiar with TDD, unit testing, NUnit



Sound knowledge with relational database (SQL Server preferred)



Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS and Cloud Foundry is a plus



Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies
