Job Title: Intellectual Property Associate
Job Location: Nashville, TN
Type: Permanent Role
Salary: $160,000 per year
Our client, a top regional law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its Nashville office. Candidates must have strong communication and analytical skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively. While prior IP experience is preferred, it is not required.
Ideal experience includes:
- Trademark prosecution and clearance
- International trademark portfolio management
- Soft IP enforcement and domain name protection
- UDRP complaints
- IP licensing and related transactions
- Advising domestic and international clients on brand strategy and IP matters
- A Tennessee law license or eligibility to waive in is required. This is a full-time, in-office position.
