Key Responsibilities:



Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher with expertise in leading evaluative research efforts and leveraging a variety of research methodologies and tactics.



As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for leading and conducting user research activities to inform the design and development of features, flow, and functionality within the mobile space. Your research insights and recommendations will directly influence product strategy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences.



This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, excellent research skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



Perform end-to-end user research activities, including planning, conducting, and analyzing data to inform design and digital experiences.



Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand business goals and translate them into research objectives and actionable insights.



Leverage a deep understanding of user experience research, mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and latest trends to identify opportunities, provide informed perspective, and ensure research outcomes lead to an exceptional user experience.



Demonstrate leadership in planning and executing research within a fast-paced, agile environment to support continued iteration and improvement within the mobile space.



Define and lead planning tasks including discovery that leverages quantitative, secondary, and past research to identify gaps and inform research objectives.



Develop approach, methodology, and session format in alignment with research goals and identify appropriate stimuli to support conversations.



Demonstrate advanced knowledge of evaluative and usability research methodologies, tactics, and conversational prompts, and understand best use case scenarios for applying them.



Analyze and synthesize research findings, distilling complex data into clear and concise reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations for product teams.



Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in mobile and user research to support continuous improvement.



Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of user research throughout the product development lifecycle.



Communicate effectively across a diverse group of stakeholders; lead debrief sessions, provide informed point of view to advise teams, and author documentation of findings, insights and next steps.
