Job Description:



- Serve as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft finance modules, particularly Project Costing, Project Accounting, Billing, and Labor Allocations.



- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders to understand their finance-related needs, processes, and system requirements.



- Design and architect PeopleSoft finance solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and system capabilities.



- Collaborate with technical teams to define system configurations, customizations, interfaces, and data conversions, specifically related to finance modules.



- Knowledge of SQL to view data from PeopleSoft finance modules for analysis purposes.



- Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the system meets business requirements and quality standards.



- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams during the design, development, testing, and deployment phases.



- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions to enable effective utilization of PeopleSoft finance modules.



- Provide expertise and support to end-users, resolve functional issues, and perform system enhancements and upgrades.



- Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft features, releases, and industry trends related to finance modules, and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
