Full Stack Web Developer
Location: On site in Lewes, DE or Rehoboth Beach, DE

Focus
Build, enhance, and maintain full stack web applications that support internal platforms and business operations
Develop front-end and back-end functionality across both established and evolving systems
Work with databases, APIs, and integrated application components to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions
Troubleshoot application issues, improve performance, and support overall code maintainability
Participate in testing, QA, and release readiness to help strengthen delivery quality
Support infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives as the environment continues to evolve
Collaborate with technical teammates and business stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
Contribute ideas around architecture, modernization, and better engineering practices
Help elevate team output by bringing strong ownership, sound judgment, and a steady execution mindset
Skill Set
Hands-on experience in full stack web development
Strong background working across both front-end and back-end systems
Experience with PHP and modern frameworks such as Laravel
Working knowledge of Java Script, SQL, HTML, and CSS
Exposure to APIs, database-driven applications, and version control workflows
Comfort working in existing codebases while also contributing to new development
Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD practices, or modernization efforts is helpful
Ability to debug effectively, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly with teammates
Success in lean, collaborative teams where adaptability and initiative are highly valued
