Minuteman Press Norfolk is looking for a Graphic Designer with Canva experience to join our fast-paced print shop. Print shop experience is strongly preferred.

Most of the files we receive from customers are preflight, so your main role will be setting up jobs for print using Canva and making any necessary adjustments to ensure they’re print-ready. You’ll also will be running our digital press/copy machines and help with bindery and finishing work .

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust Canva and customer-supplied files for print
  
• Operate digital presses/copiers
  
• Perform bindery tasks (cutting, folding, stapling, etc.)
  
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all jobs
  
• Work with the team to keep production moving smoothly
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Canva
  
  
• Print shop experience is strongly preferred
  
  
• Familiarity with digital printing and bindery equipment
  
• Strong attention to detail and time management
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
