Civil PE Project Manager – Transportation

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Civil PE Project Manager to support and grow its transportation practice. This role offers an opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure projects, collaborate with clients, and drive innovation in roadway and transportation design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client representative , managing project communication and execution.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead project teams , balancing efficiency, profitability, and quality design solutions.
• Utilize transportation design software to develop and refine roadway projects.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships , ensuring alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or eligible for reciprocity.
• 7+ years of transportation design experience , preferably with Tx DOT projects .
• Proficiency in Micro Station, GEOPAK, or Open Roads .
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
