Job Description:-

Technical/Functional Skills

Min 10+ yrs of Exp in implementing PEGA projects with CBA cerification

Must be CSA and CBA certified

Experience in Business Process Modelling and Reengineering.

Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.

Experience of working on Agile projects.

Comprehensive experience in CTB initiatives and full project life cycle

Proven track of working closely with key business users

Experience of Scenariobased requirements gathering.

Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment

Handson experience of systems supporting distribution and workflow

Experience of working with various Development Lifecycle Methodologies (including Agile, RUP, Waterfall, Prototyping)

Experience of working with usability and user experience.

Experience of working with global development teams

Experience Required Min 4+ yrs of Exp in implementing PEGA projects

Education Engineering or Masters

Leavitt and Thomas L. Whisler commented that "the new technology does not yet have a single established name. We shall call it information technology (IT)."
