Our direct client in NYC, NY has an immediate need for an intermediate  Business Analyst with a focus on Identity Management. 



The successful candidate will:



Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements of their area. Analysis of business requirements and translation of these business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria that can be used as specifications to develop software features as part of the IDG team's agile process.



Create detailed product specifications.



Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements as the team implements them, supporting team members with their work where required.



Proactively support Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.



Develop traceability from business requirements to functional specifications to technical designs, and ensure that test plans support the above.



Deliver internal training for new features to team members and end users by identifying needs, preparing materials, and delivering as needed.



Required Skills



SailPoint



Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into end-user journeys and stories



Demonstrated proficiency in documenting business process flows using tools such as Visio and LucidChart



Excellent research and data analysis skills



Working knowledge of relevant business management principles



Excellent attention to detail



Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
