Nesco Resource is currently sourcing for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work in the Ordering Department for our client in New Baltimore, MI.

The ideal candidate will be fluent Spanish/English speaking

Candidates should be good relationship builders,

Good with numbers and number sequences,

Above average keyboard skills,

Multitasking skills,

E-mail, fax, and phone order processing, follow up and any other customer service-related issues.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work in a team atmosphere

Basic telephone etiquette

Computer Keyboarding
