Employer's info

At Mercy, we’re working to make health care easier, more personal and compassionate for the millions of lives we touch each year. We use new technology and ideas to serve patients. But more importantly, we rely on the dedication of people like you to make it work.
When you join Mercy, you join a community that's embracing a new way to care for people. You’ll not only build your skills and grow in your career, you’ll know you are delivering a better experience for patients and their families.
People are called to Mercy for many reasons, and those same feelings cause many of them to serve with us for many years. Some describe it “feeling at home.” Others simply understand the importance of helping people. We invite you to discover why Mercy is so unique, and how you can become a part of our mission to create a better health care experience.
Mercy is the seventh largest Catholic health care system in the U.S. and serves millions annually. Mercy includes 46 acute care and specialty (heart, children’s, orthopedic and rehab) hospitals, more than 700 physician practices and outpatient facilities, 40,000 co-workers and more than 2,000 Mercy Clinic physicians in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Mercy also has outreach ministries in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
