Selected individual will be responsible for reviewing submissions for select Borrower's Assistance program approvals and processing, such as deferments, loan modifications and reages (borrower assistance-loss mitigation transaction). Underwrite loss mitigation transactions. Understand company policies and procedures.



Position is hybrid, in office 2 days per week.



Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Skills 3-5+ years in consumer loan underwriting -Previous credit review experience a plus -Ability to perform in a high volume work environment, must have good problem -solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail. -Ability to have regular and predictable attendance -Ability to work flexible hours -Ability to prioritize work to meet set deadlines -Maintain positive customer relationships -Meet assigned performance plan objectives (i.e. goals) -Strong oral and written communication skills -Excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office



Desired Skills -Bachelor's Degree Preferred



-Experience in lending/financial institutions with borrower's assistance.
