PwC Legal Business Solutions is a strategic cross-functional team of highly skilled legal domain and technology consulting experts focused on services for the Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel for our corporate clients. With the goal to help optimize the legal function and move the function from being viewed as a cost center up the value chain, we seek to be a trusted advisor for the strategy and operations that extend throughout the law department. Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience : 4 year(s) Certification(s) Required : JD/Admission to the Bar, PMP and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Juris Doctorate Certification(s) Preferred : Juris Doctorate or MBA Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Understanding of key terms/provisions of various contracts and legal documents; Possessing subject matter expertise will be required for projects that involve financial products (e.g., credit agreements, bonds, swaps, options, futures, etc.); Having experience with various contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms (including but not limited to obligation management, extraction, configuration of templates, etc. within a CLM); Having the ability to assist or lead various requirements to implement a CLM (e.g., data process mapping and migration to non-CLM platforms, change management, development of clause libraries, etc.); Designing, developing and advising on reporting metrics that meet client objectives and chosen technology – illustrate the value (e.g., speed to contract, mitigate risk, identify revenue leakage, etc.) to the client and internally; Helping drive assessment of current state of processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend improvements to achieve client objectives; Having written and verbal skills to articulate milestones and project updates; and, Having analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas: Having the ability to lead teams on multiple concurrent projects; Leveraging data to identify trends and patterns to improve various contracting workflows, negotiations; Having continuous focus on optimizing CLM technology platforms when a clients process or objectives change; Having coordination with PwC resources and technology implementation partners to drive efficiencies and adoption of technology in the contracting lifecycle; Identifying and addressing client needs; and, Preparing and presenting written and verbal materials.
