The Licensed Practical Nurse performs nursing services within the framework of direct patient care, case finding, health counseling and supportive restorative care under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse. Nursing Care is provided within the standards of nursing practice as defined by the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics, Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice and nursing's Social Policy Statement.

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED
New York State LPN License and current Registration
Basic Life Support
Infection Control
