LHH is working with a well respected top regional full-service law firm that has multiple office locations across the U. S. The firm's largest office is in Cleveland, where they have an UN-POSTED Commercial Litigation Associate need focused on Construction Litigation matters.
The firm is seeking candidates that possess 4+ years of sophisticated litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will possess construction litigation experience or a true desire to become specialized in that area.
This Associate will be expected to draft complex motions and briefs. This Associate can also be someone coming off of a federal clerkship that has high-level research and writing capabilities.
The firm is seeking to avoid candidates that only possess experience within insurance defense, liability, med mal, etc.
The firm is not picky on law school attended but will be most interested in candidates that have proven academic success and graduated in the top 20% of their class.
The firm has an 1800 hour billable expectation (with guaranteed bonuses at the 1800, 1900, and 2000 hour marks), has some/limited work from home flexibility, and compensates Associates fairly (with the range for a 3-7 year Associate being between $165 K-$200 K but open to negotiate).
