Job Description Staff Finders has immediate openings for our manufacturing client in Troy that is looking for machine operators (robotic spot welding) on all shifts. Must be available to work on weekends. Shifts: - 1st shift: 6am-2pm Mon-Fri (must be flexible for OT throughout week and on weekends) - 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm/2:30pm-11pm Mon-Fri (must be flexible for OT throughout week and on weekends) - 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am Mon-Fri (must be flexible for OT throughout week and on weekends) Pay Rate: - $15/hour - temp to hire position (4-6 month temp-to-hire) Requirements: • MUST have recent, stable manufacturing experience to qualify for this position • MUST have reliable transportation to/from the job • MUST be able to stand for 8-10 hours throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment Background check is performed as part of pre-screening process Bonus Structure: 40-48 hours gets a $40 bonus (essentially a $1.00 bump in regular pay from $15.00 to $16.00) 49-57 hours gets a $60 bonus (essentially a $1.50 bump in regular pay from $15.00 to $16.50) 58 hours gets a $80 bonus (essentially a $2.00 bump in regular pay from $15.00 to $17.00)
