Job Title: Product Program Manager

Location: New York City, NY – Hybrid working set up (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Onsite

Duration: 12 months

Pay Range: $62 -$67/ hr. on W2 + benefits

Our client – who is a consumer electronics manufacturer is looking for a Product Operations Program Manager to support the launch of new services with Client’s third party partners, as well as new platform features to Client’s services integration platform.

In this role, you will help us plan routes to market for new features, evaluate operational efficiency across existing partnership models, and support internal operational scaling.

To that end, you will work closely with cross functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing.

Key Qualifiecations:

Strong technical savvy with the ability to understand system architecture and ability identify gaps in workflow

Outstanding influencing skills with ability to gain alignment on solutions that work best for all teams involved

Efficient and clear communication as a key stakeholder in cross functional environments

Proficiency crafting high impact presentations using Keynote to clearly articulate solutions

Passion for translating business needs to technical requirements

Relevant experience in project or program management, product management, or technical operations

Experience with building training materials, product roadmaps, and operational launch plans.


Gather business requirements for future enhancements of our third party integration platform

Work cross-functionally with internal groups and external partners (as needed) to create go-to-market plans and roadmaps for upcoming platform feature enhancements

Manage roadmap for tools leveraged to onboard and maintain partners and advocate for enhancement capabilities with relevant stakeholders

Troubleshoot partner escalations and support our broader team with platform inquiries

Document reporting requirements to enhance visibility into the health of the business and efficacy of our platform

Drive deliverables on other projects as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) or equivalent experience
