Position Summary: The Marketing Project Manager (PM) contractor role will work focus specifically a B2C online product shopping experience. Working within Marketing and reporting to the Project Management leader, this role will work daily closely with our content strategy team and content vendor Content Strategy director and strategists as well as the CX and Enterprise Technology teams. A strong background in agile project development and execution, user experience, and digital and content strategy content production workflows is preferred. Experience with workflow process software/system is needed, Workfront and managing past projects related to healthcare or regulated products would be a plus. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, an effective problem solver and keeps calm under pressure can easily align with cross-functional teams and roadmaps. They must have a passion for collaboration, and the ability to keep track of multiple stakeholders, timelines, and projects with multiple deliverables at the same time. This role may involves working on a high-visibility, and high-priority multi-faceted projects initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling, and overseeing the execution and delivery of content production for a website redesign and marketing collateral marketing plan from development to delivery
Connecting daily with a cross-functional team to ensure all phases of each project the project are completed on-time and meets deadlines, while keeping internal stakeholders apprised of project progress
Providing routine status updates to project stakeholders and leaders in the organization
Consistently applying effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
Organizing, attending, and helping facilitate project meetings, including creative kickoffs, internal reviews, and governance
Coordinates all project activities across multiple teams and disciplines
Ensuring the timely, accurate execution of individual project deliverables, proactively monitoring and trafficking work in progress
Identifying and escalating concerns regarding project scope, timing, and budget, as needed
Liaising between various stakeholders and team members to help facilitate smooth and seamless workstreams. This includes collaboration with our content vendor, Brand & Engagement Marketing, Creative Services, Strategic Marketing, and others as needed.
Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve project workflow
Evaluating completed projects and facilitates postmortems or project debriefs, when applicable
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 5+ years of account management or project management experience
Agile digital project management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing assignments and adapting to changing priorities when needed
Strong interpersonal skills who can facilitate conversations and collaboration between cross-functional teams
Excellent problem solver with organization and negotiation skills
Key attributes include being self-directed, goal-oriented, proactive, and responsive
Workfront experience highly preferred, but not required if they have worked in similar PM tools and can get up to speed very quickly
Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required
