Job Description

This is a full-time, day position working 8-hour shifts. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality nursing care and the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or over 80 full-time equivalents on a 24-hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager role.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.


• Registered Nurse License.


• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.


• Upon hire: Neonatal Resuscitation certification for applicable departments (e.g., L& D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum) within the required timeframe.


• Fire and Life Safety certification within 30 days of hire.


• Three years of recent clinical experience.
