Maintenance Technician is required to perform all functions of plant maintenance.



Primarily responsible for the production equipment and preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as troubleshoot, repair, and improve the processes related to the mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.



The Maintenance Tech will interface with Engineers, Production Leads, Operations Manager, Quality Team, and the Assembly Techs to provide operations support across the facility.



Performing maintenance tasks at designated intervals for the maintenance of production equipment and facility equipment. This would involve the use of small hand tools and electrical/mechanical devices involved in analytical troubleshooting.



Performing repair of damaged or faulting equipment. This could include the replacement/rebuild of machine components to bring them up to desired operation while minimizing downtime.



Evaluation of chronic machine problems using historical data and prevention methods.



Working with other departments in a cross-functional capacity to determine countermeasures to avoid repeat downtime issues.



 



Requirements



High School diploma or equivalent required and two years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing facility.
