About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales, business development, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, maintaining client relationships, and helping to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with current clients through calls and visits to maintain strong relationships
  
• Drive to visit clients, pick up, and drop off samples as needed
  
• Assist in preparing quotes, handling samples, and processing orders
  
• Work with AI-driven sales software such as Sales Navigator, Apollo IO, or Zoom Info
  
• Build and maintain CRM systems to streamline customer data and outreach
  
• Conduct cold calling to set up appointments and drive sales growth
  
• Estimate print jobs and project manage, including scheduling and coordination
  
• Collaborate with outside vendors and marketing agencies for project execution
  
• Work closely with the owner and key sales representatives to develop strategies and improve sales performance
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in sales support, business development, or customer service preferred
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
  
• Ability to cold call and set appointments confidently
  
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Linked IN
  
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
