Evolve Healthcare is seeking a Rehab RN with 2 years of Med Surg experience.



As a Registered Nurse / RN you will:



Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.



Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.



$2,490.00 Weekly Wages (Based on 36 hours)



$62.25 Blended Rate



" $1,440.00 -Taxable wages



" $1,050.00 - Non-taxable Wages (Meals and Lodging Stipend)



$40.00 hourly taxable pay and $150.00 daily non-taxable stipends



Assignment Details:



Tentative Start Date: ASAP

Shift Information: Night shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM



Facility Requirements:



Must have Current state licensure as Registered Nurse



Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years



2 Years Med Surg Experience required



Minimum six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred



Must have BLS & ACLS certifications (Must be through the American Heart Association)



Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
