Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a rapidly growing children's mental health and juvenile justice services organization. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Director of Clinical Services opportunity near Des Moines, Iowa. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overall clinical oversight and day-to-day management of their Outpatient Program.



Position: Director of Clinical Services



Director of Clinical Services Location: Des Moines, Iowa



Director of Clinical Services Duties:



Approach the work with a Trauma Informed Care, multi-occurring and strengths-based perspective



Provides Clinical leadership and direction for all outpatient program



Supervise the program supervisors



Provides case consultation as needed to supervisors and therapists



Director of Clinical Services Qualifications:



Must be licensed as an independent practitioner (LMHC, LISW, LMFT)



3+ Years of experience providing direct clinical services to children, youth and families



2+ Years of supervisory and administrative experience
